Our client, a Fairfield County, Connecticut-based HVAC company, seeks a Buyer to assume leadership from the owner/founder. The role combines hands-on service with strategic procurement, sales support, and team leadership to ensure top-quality installations and service.

The successful candidate will manage inside and outside sales, direct field technicians, and mentor staff to drive growth and customer satisfaction in a family-owned business with four decades of operation.

Responsibilities

• Direct hands-on service and sales across HVAC products and services.
• Provide administrative leadership: supervise office staff, scheduling, procurement, and permitting.
• Oversee inside and outside sales teams with technical advisory support to grow business and customer satisfaction.
• Direct field operations: supervise technicians during installations and service calls ensuring quality and compliance.
• Foster a collaborative environment with mentorship and oversight of HVAC technicians and field personnel.
• Lead training and skill development for the team in best HVAC/R practices.
