Job summary

Rise Technical, a long-established provider of commercial HVAC services in Connecticut, is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to own field service operations. You will troubleshoot, repair, startup, and maintain a wide range of HVAC systems while building strong customer relationships and mentoring junior technicians.

Based in Branford, CT, this role offers overtime, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits within a global organization, with clear progression into senior technical or leadership roles

Qualifications

• S2 license (or equivalent experience) and EPA Universal Certification are required.
• Strong experience across commercial HVAC systems is expected.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, able to work independently.
