Strada Services in Kentucky is seeking an HVAC Manager to drive service excellence and achieve strategic goals through exceptional support and strong leadership. The role involves overseeing field supervisors, managing expenses, ensuring OSHA compliance, and developing staff to meet customer needs and growth targets.

You'll collaborate with other departments to align objectives, ensure accurate dispatch, and maintain licensing and safety standards while delivering reliable, high-quality HVAC

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum five years' experience preferred, but not required.
• Verifiable managerial, technical, or sales experience in residential service operations.
• Knowledge of industry service requirements for residential and light commercial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and fleet.
• Responsible for facilities management, vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repair to protect company assets.
• Ensure team follows best practices in inventory management and asset protection.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet job objectives effectively and completely.
• Oversee OSHA safety compliance, including training and compliance.
• Conduct incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Evaluate work and schedules to maximize growth and profitability while meeting customer needs.
• Maintain licensing, codes, and permits.
• Manage and develop service staff through hiring, performance management, and discipline.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and ongoing technical training to improve performance.
• Conduct weekly meetings and direct work assignments to maximize production.
• Review service tickets for reporting and documentation standards.
• Assist dispatch in ensuring appropriate technician assignments and accurate timings.
• Review customer satisfaction daily and resolve issues promptly.
• Participate in company-sponsored training classes.
