We Care Plumbing, Heating, and Air is seeking a Service Manager in the San Diego area to oversee the HVAC service department, ensure high-quality service delivery, and drive operational efficiency. You will manage technicians, monitor performance, and handle customer inquiries to maintain satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HVAC service with 2+ years in leadership, excellent communication, and a proven ability to lead teams while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HVAC service experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Experience overseeing technicians and service calls.

You will be responsible for monitoring job performance and maintaining compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.Additionally, you will handle customer inquiries and complaints, develop training programs for staff, and implement strategies to improve service quality and operational efficiency. Your ability to manage resources effectively, provide exceptional customer service, and drive team performance will be crucial to your success in this role. Prior Service Technician experience is helpful to understand what a successful service team will look like.
