Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. seeks an Assistant Residential Operations Manager to support daily HVAC operations, training programs, and field service guidance.

You will collaborate with the Residential Operations Manager, Dispatcher, Service Technicians, and Installers to improve performance and service quality. The role requires hands-on HVAC repair/installation experience, strong diagnostic skills, the ability to coach the team, and excellent communication with customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC repair and installation experience.
• EPA 608 Type II certification.
• Strong HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to coach, train, and support team members.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver''s license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on ladders up to 30 feet.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations, administration, and team coordination.
• Develop and implement training programs for technicians and installers.
• Coach team members on HVAC troubleshooting, diagnostics, and best practices.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Support technicians with technical questions and field troubleshooting.
• Communicate with customers regarding system issues, repairs, and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and follow safety and HVAC code requirements.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and ongoing technical training.
