The role requires hands-on HVAC repair/installation experience, strong diagnostic skills, the ability to coach the team, and excellent communication with customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC repair and installation experience.
• EPA 608 Type II certification.
• Strong HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to coach, train, and support team members.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver''s license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on ladders up to 30 feet.
