Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. seeks an experienced HVAC Foreman to lead technicians and installers on commercial construction sites. You will read plans, coordinate schedules, train crews, and ensure installations meet safety, code, and project requirements.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, collaboration with project teams, and maintaining quality, safety, and on‑time completion across multiple trades on site.

Qualifications

• HVAC installation/repair experience with several years.
• 3+ years of HVAC supervisory/foreman experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and blueprints.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise HVAC technicians and installers on construction sites.
• Coordinate daily work assignments based on project schedules and priorities.
• Train, mentor, and support crew members.
• Review blueprints, plans, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate work with project managers, engineers, general contractors, and other trades.
• Oversee HVAC installation, ductwork, piping, and refrigeration systems.
• Monitor quality, productivity, materials, and project progress.
• Ensure work complies with safety requirements, building codes, and specifications.
• Maintain daily logs, timesheets, and progress reports.
• Troubleshoot jobsite issues and help keep projects on schedule.
