Job summary

Southeastern Facility Maintenance is seeking an HVAC Operations Manager to own day-to-day field operations, including dispatch, admin, and job lifecycle from open to close. You will ensure system accuracy, policy enforcement, and efficient operations while aligning with leadership.

The role requires HVAC or general contracting experience, strong communication, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset to drive improvements as we scale.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HVAC, General Contracting or similar trades managing operations, dispatch, or field service teams.
• Strong communication skills for relaying process changes to a team and leadership.
• Forward-thinking, solutions-oriented mindset with ability to fix broken processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispatch & scheduling to ensure jobs are assigned, routed, and completed efficiently.
• Manage every job from open to close and ensure accuracy for billing.
• Own the accuracy of the job management platform and enforce data integrity.
• Ensure company policies and processes are consistently followed across departments.
• Identify and correct practices costing the company money (e.g., billing gaps, scheduling inefficiencies).
• Develop and implement SOPs in partnership with leadership and drive rollout.
• Support day-to-day administrative processes to back the field team.
