Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of HVAC compressor design/manufacturing experience.
• ASHRAE/AHRI memberships preferred.
• Strong analytical and project management capabilities.
• Fluent in English; strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to travel ~10% domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Search for optimal component pairings for HVAC OEM customers.
• Assist OEMs in identifying and qualifying compressor opportunities.
• Provide technical or process support during qualification and reliability activities.
• Develop customer business cases for new concepts.
• Manage timelines and deliverables for new compressor applications.
• Lead project teams with strong technical competency in design/application risk assessment.
• Prepare submittals and presentations with technical information.
• Coordinate with vendors and factory engineering on analyses.
• Represent LG at trade shows and exhibitions.
