LG Electronics USA in Farmers Branch, TX seeks an OEM Compressor Sales Engineer to lead project management between LG and OEMs in the HVACR sector. This role focuses on promoting business growth through technical support and developing customer business cases for new concepts.

You will coordinate with R&D, suppliers, and factory engineering to ensure successful compressor applications while maintaining strong customer relationships. Domestic and international travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of HVAC compressor design/manufacturing or HVAC unit design experience.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Search for optimal component pairings for HVAC OEM customers.
• Assist OEM customers in identifying and qualifying compressor opportunities.
• Provide technical or process support during qualification and reliability activities for LG products.
• Assis t in developing the customer business case for new concept solutions.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables for new compressor applications.
• Lead as a sales engineer with strong technical competence and team leadership.
• Perform detailed engineering analyses to quantify cost savings or benefits.
• Develop submittals and presentations with required drawings and info.
• Interface with vendors and factory engineering for critical analysis.
• Participate in trade shows or exhibitions related to LG business.
• Travel domestically (~10%) and internationally (1–3 weeks annually).
