Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Familiarity with HVAC equipment is required.
• EPA Refrigeration certification is a plus.
• Ability to perform general building maintenance is required.
• Ability to work in an industrial environment is required.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently.
• Current driver's license is required.
• Willingness to supplement on-the-job training with Local-provided training.
• 2 year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform all pneumatic control systems and mechanical equipment service per the labor agreement.
• Install more complex field devices and commission using standard tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems; respond to basic warranty calls.
• Keep JCI, contractors and the customer informed of progress and issues.
