Job summary

ENCON Heating & AC seeks a results-driven sales hunter to grow our B2B HVAC services footprint in Greater Hartford and Central Connecticut from our Plainville office. You’ll prospect, meet owners and decision-makers, develop proposals, and close customized maintenance programs; HVAC experience not required.

You’ll target 500–800 properties, build your market, and enjoy autonomy with manager support. Compensation includes base salary 60k–80k plus incentives, uncapped commissions, a $600 monthly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Recent graduate or seasoned pro with proven sales ability.
• Confident and persuasive in person and on the phone.
• Willing to learn HVAC; no prior HVAC experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and meet with business owners and senior decision-makers.
• Survey commercial facilities, develop proposals and close HVAC maintenance programs.
• Develop a target list of approximately 500–800 properties and own the market.
• Hunt, develop relationships, and win new business.
