ENCON Heating & A/C in Stratford, CT is seeking a sales‑minded recent graduate to launch a career in commercial HVAC sales. No prior HVAC experience is required; you’ll receive full training and work toward real quota with commissions.

You’ll own the front end of the sales cycle, prospecting, meeting decision‑makers, presenting proposals, and closing service agreements while the operations team handles delivery. Training includes CRM tools and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Recent grad with interest or experience in sales; internships, SDR/BDR, retail, or sales contests are acceptable.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive to sites.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time; no HVAC experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new business by calls, site visits, referrals, and networking.
• Complete two building site surveys per week.
• Submit two proposals per week using estimating tools.
• Meet with decision-makers to pitch and close service agreements.
• Manage and track pipeline in the CRM.
• Coordinate handoffs with operations and scope work on-site.
