Qualifications

• 7+ years of HVAC/mechanical or MEP construction with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience leading commercial or industrial HVAC projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork and commissioning.
• Ability to read drawings, specs, and coordination documents.
• Proven leadership, scheduling, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality in project performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise HVAC and mechanical field activities.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and subcontractors to meet schedules.
• Review drawings and specs to ensure scope compliance.
• Develop short-term installation plans and schedules.
• Monitor labor productivity, costs, and quality.
• Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, controls, and trades.
• Lead safety initiatives and OSHA compliance.
• Oversee startup, testing, balancing, and turnover.
• Maintain daily progress reports and communicate risks.
• Mentor foremen and field personnel.
