The Hunton Group in Houston, TX is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter to join our Westpark location. You will manage the recruitment life cycle, post jobs, source passive candidates, screen, and coordinate interviews with managers and executives.

You will also partner with outside agencies and drive inclusion while aligning with our company values. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in recruitment within HVAC/Mechanical/Plumbing or related controls industries, and familiarity with

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within HVAC, Mechanical Contracting, Plumbing, or Control systems industries.
• A degree in Human Resources or related experience is a plus.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS is strongly preferred.
• Ability to source passive candidates and manage multiple openings simultaneously.

Responsabilités

• Manages recruitment cycle and ATS postings; updates job postings and leads generation databases.
• Sources passive candidates and identifies niche recruiting outlets.
• Conducts initial phone screening interviews with candidates.
• Coordinates on-site interviews with hiring managers and executive team.
• Manages relationships with outside recruitment agencies and temp staffing.
• Keeps up-to-date with industry trends and promotes diversity and inclusion.
