Job summary

William R. Nash Group is seeking a Project Manager in Tamarac, FL to oversee coordination, planning, scheduling and execution of mechanical systems projects.

You will manage manpower, materials, equipment and subcontractors while ensuring safety, quality and budget adherence. Responsibilities include developing cost-effective plans, coordinating with operations, maintaining client relationships, preparing estimates and change orders, and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in HVAC/Mechanical field.
• Ability to review contracts and understand project requirements.
• Must understand English for onboarding and communications.
• Experience in Excel/Bluebeam/Timberline a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, schedule and execute mechanical system projects.
• Manage manpower, materials, equipment and subcontractors within budget and schedule.
• Develop cost-effective plans and schedules; collaborate with Operations for guidance.
• Strengthen customer relationships and document requirements and changes.
• Prepare estimates, change orders and proposals for customers.
• Visit job sites to monitor progress and resolve field issues.
• Mentor junior project staff and ensure compliance with safety policies.
