Job summary

J.F. White's Mechanical Division is seeking a Project Manager (PM) responsible for the full lifecycle of HVAC/Mechanical projects at job sites or corporate office in Framingham, MA.

The PM oversees safety, quality, cost, schedule, coordination, and progress, serving as owner liaison for one or more projects based on contract demand. Must have 6+ years of relevant experience; degrees in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or Construction Management are preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience managing HVAC/Mechanical projects.
• Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Subcontract and purchase order preparation and approval
• Scheduling oversight
• Correspondence and negotiations with client
• M/W/DBE selection, auditing, and compliance
• Job cost reviews
• Change order and claim preparation
• Monitoring of quality and safety standards
• Monitoring of project for compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned
