Job summary

BSEG (Building Systems Engineering Group) in Allentown, PA is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to bring building systems to life. You will apply your BS/BA in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering with an HVAC emphasis to real-world projects.

Join a full-service consulting firm working on commercial, healthcare, multi-family, retail, industrial and institutional facilities. Design, analysis and coordination across disciplines are core duties.

Qualifications

• BS or BAE in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering with HVAC emphasis.
• 2+ years of experience preferred.
• EIT or PE registration a plus but not required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT is a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design HVAC systems including air distribution, chilled water, hot water heating, refrigeration, controls, ventilation and energy recovery.
• Project work spans market sectors: commercial, healthcare, multi-family, retail, industrial, ecclesiastic, and institutional facilities.
