Required qualifications include an associate degree in mechanical design and drafting, 2+ years of modeling experience, and proficiency with Windchill and ASME standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in mechanical design and drafting.
• 2+ years of 3D modeling and layout of electromechanical systems and components.
• Engineering drawings and layouts per ASME 14.1; dimensioning and tolerancing per ASME Y14.5.
• Proficient with Product Lifecycle Management tools such as Windchill.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex 3D models, components, and assemblies for residential HVAC products using Creo.
• Create production-ready drawings and manufacturing documentation meeting ASME standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to develop manufacturable designs.
• Develop detailed part models and documentation for new product development and sustaining initiatives.
• Ensure designs meet manufacturing, quality, and cost objectives.
