Quantum North America, a member of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to develop energy-efficient HVAC systems for diverse clients in Fort Worth. You will lead design activities, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure deliverables meet budget and schedule targets.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 6+ years of HVAC project experience, and proficiency in Trane Trace, Revit, and AutoCAD. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 6+ years HVAC engineering or related project experience.
• EIT certification; PE license preferred.
• Experience with the design and/or build of complex HVAC commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Proposal Development: identify sales opportunities, develop proposals and assist in closing contracts.
• General: participate in meetings, site walks, and maintain clear communication with customers.
• Design and Procurement: generate and review engineering documents for completeness and cost efficiency.
• Construction: provide technical leadership across MEP disciplines and manage design changes.
• Project Close Out: translate red-line drawings to as-built documents and verify project completion.
