Aerotek is seeking a Mechanical Assembler for HVAC manufacturing in Phoenix, onsite. The role involves assembling, aligning, and installing mechanical components using hand and power tools, with testing and calibration to ensure quality.

You will read and follow drawings and specifications, maintain safety standards, and potentially advance into lead or supervisor roles as you gain experience. The position offers growth opportunities, a four-day work week, and three-day weekends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or related experience.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
• Ability to follow technical drawings, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Brazing or welding experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, align, and install mechanical components and systems.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform testing, adjustments, and calibrations to ensure product quality.
• Read and follow assembly instructions, blueprints, and specifications.
• Maintain quality and safety standards throughout the manufacturing process.
