Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC repairs, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance on a variety of air conditioning units and related equipment.
• Maintain records on time tickets, job requests, and work orders.
• Determine material and equipment needs and initiate purchase orders.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulations; follow safety guidelines.
