Job summary

A School District is seeking a Maintenance Person with HVAC experience to maintain and repair school facilities. The ideal candidate will hold a valid NJ Driver’s License and a Boiler Fireman’s Black Seal License, alongside a high school diploma. Responsibilities include minor electrical repairs, maintaining HVAC systems, and performing general maintenance tasks. This is a full-time position with specific working hours from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, adhering to district guidelines, and collaborating with staff effectively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must possess a Boiler Fireman’s Black Seal License.
• Experience with HVAC systems essential.
• Strong organizational skills to manage tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair school facilities and grounds.
• Perform minor electrical repairs and adjustments.
• Assist in snow removal and other duties as assigned.
