Dae Sung, LLC is currently seeking a full-time HVAC Mechanic/Building Engineer to provide operations and mechanical maintenance services at the J.O. Pastore Federal Building in Providence, RI. This is a full-time union position. Benefits include: Vacation, Sick Leave, Paid Holidays, Health & Welfare Benefits, and Pension in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement.
HVAC Mechanics will receive an hourly pay increase based on the job classification, qualifications, and duties. The classifications are:
Qualifications and duties for each level:
Building Engineers must have 5-8 years of experience in building maintenance and operation, including large commercial heating and air conditioning equipment. HVAC Mechanics must be competent in operations, preventive and corrective maintenance on BAS, boilers, chillers, hot water heating systems, domestic water plumbing, air handlers, VAV components, and other HVAC equipment and building systems. Candidates should also have general maintenance knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
