Job summary

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; trade school preferred.
- Journeyman Certification required.
- Four years' experience installing and maintaining industrial or commercial refrigeration and/or air-conditioning systems.
- Experience with centralized building control systems and HVAC, electrical, plumbing and related building systems.
- Experience in a hospital environment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, repair, modification, and troubleshooting of building control systems for reliable operation.
- Manage automated systems for 24/7 operation using expertise in major building mechanical, electrical and centralized control.
- Oversee new installation for the building automated control system.
- Submit documentation of completed maintenance requests to the supervisor.
- Identify and recommend scheduling third-party repair when necessary.
- Maintain safe, effective and efficient operation per manufacturers' specs and department standards.
