Job summary

Responsibilities include maintaining air compressors, following blueprints and schematics, and collaborating with facilities staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Maryland HVAC Master or Journeyman license preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ direct experience in building control systems.
• Extensive knowledge of automated HVAC building management control systems design and operation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and adjust building automation systems with DDC and pneumatic controls.
• Maintain air compressors and pneumatic systems.
• Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and engineering specs.
• Access maintenance system via mobile devices and timekeeping.
• Work at heights with ladders and lifts as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance and site surveys.
• Coordinate with supervisors and staff to meet safety and schedule requirements.
