Georgetown University is seeking an HVAC Mechanic to join its on-campus facilities team. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, at the Main Campus in Washington, DC, with a pay rate of $35.30 per hour.
You will perform repairs and preventative maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration systems, work with DDC/EMS and pneumatic controls, and ensure safe, reliable operation for campus facilities. Applicants should have a HS diploma, five years’ experience, EPA certification, and completed HVAC

Location: Main Campus, 3700 “O” Street, Washington, DC.
The incumbent reports directly to the Mechanical Shop Supervisor, a Zone Manager, or the Preventive Maintenance Manager, depending on the area assigned. The role provides direct service to the department, ensuring a comfortable, safe, and clean environment for the university community.
This position is designated as On‑Campus. Work mode designations are reviewed regularly to meet evolving needs.
