Georgetown University is seeking an HVAC Mechanic to maintain and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems across university buildings at the Main Campus in Washington, DC. The role requires five years of experience, EPA Universal certification, and completion of an HVAC apprenticeship or equivalent training.

You will work with DDC/EMS controls, pneumatic systems, and VAV distribution, performing preventative and corrective maintenance while adhering to safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Requires minimum of five years’ experience in commercial and residential HVAC/refrigeration.
• Requires Universal EPA – CFC certification.
• Requires completion of apprenticeship or four years of equivalent training in HVAC trade.
• Must have knowledge of DDC/EMS system and pneumatic controls.
