Job summary

Tallgrass Creek by Erickson Senior Living in Overland Park, Kansas is seeking an HVAC Technician to maintain residential apartments and public areas. You will perform light maintenance on heating, cooling, and ventilation systems and respond to emergency calls to keep residents safe and comfortable.

Compensation is commensurate with experience, ranging from $24.30/hr to $36.50/hr, with a Monday–Friday 8am–4:30pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in HVAC maintenance.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot heating, ventilation, and cooling systems.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.

Location: Tallgrass Creek by Erickson Senior Living

Join our team as an HVAC Technician! You will be responsible for maintaining the residential apartments and public areas of our beautiful campus. Your work will make a significant difference in the lives of our residents, ensuring they have a comfortable and safe place to call home.

How you will make an impact

• Perform light maintenance of all heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.

What you will need

• Minimum of 1 year experience in HVAC maintenance
• Ability to implement all plans formulated by Engineering/Maintenance Manager
• Ability to adjust to new industry techniques and become familiar with new equipment as required
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and the team
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
