Job summary

Tallgrass Creek by Erickson Senior Living is seeking an HVAC Technician to maintain residential apartments and public areas on our campus. You will help ensure residents live in a comfortable and safe environment.

Responsibilities include responding to emergencies, performing light maintenance on heating, cooling, and ventilation systems, and monitoring system efficiency to keep operations trouble-free and safe for all residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in HVAC maintenance.
• Ability to implement plans formulated by Engineering/Maintenance Manager.
• Ability to adjust to new industry techniques and become familiar with new equipment as required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and the team.
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

Location: Tallgrass Creek by Erickson Senior Living

Join our team as an HVAC Technician! You will be responsible for maintaining the residential apartments and public areas of our beautiful campus. Your work will make a significant difference in the lives of our residents, ensuring they have a comfortable and safe place to call home.

Compensation

Commensurate with experience, starting from $24.30/hr

Schedule

Monday- Friday 8am-4:30pm
