Job summary

Erickson Senior Living's Tallgrass Creek campus in Overland Park, KS is seeking an HVAC Technician to service residential apartments and public areas, ensuring comfort and safety for residents.

You will perform light maintenance on heating, cooling, and ventilation systems, respond to emergency calls, and monitor system efficiency; requirements include at least 1 year HVAC maintenance experience and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in HVAC maintenance.
• Ability to implement all plans formulated by Engineering/Maintenance Manager.
• Ability to adjust to new industry techniques and become familiar with new equipment as required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and the team.
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

Location: Tallgrass Creek by Erickson Senior Living

Join our team as an HVAC Technician! You will be responsible for maintaining the residential apartments and public areas of our beautiful campus. Your work will make a significant difference in the lives of our residents, ensuring they have a comfortable and safe place to call home.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience, ranged from $24.30/hr - $36.50/hr

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-4:30pm
