Steve Basso Plumbing, Heating & A/C in Stratford, CT is seeking a full-time HVAC Manager to lead technicians and support staff at our brand new facility.

You will manage daily operations, budgets, inventory, dispatch, and customer concerns, provide technical guidance, help with estimates and sales, and ensure OSHA compliance.

Competenze

• 8+ years of HVAC experience.
• Current CT HVAC License.

ABOUT THIS MANAGEMENT ROLE

In this HVAC Manager position, you'll oversee the daily operations of a diverse team that includes HVAC technicians, plumbing technicians, dispatchers, and customer service representatives. Your day may begin by coordinating schedules and dispatching service calls before shifting focus to monitoring department budgets, tracking inventory, and ensuring fleet maintenance stays on schedule. You'll act as the primary resource for customer concerns, helping resolve issues while maintaining the high level of service our reputation is built upon. You'll also provide technical expertise, support advanced troubleshooting efforts, educate team members on evolving industry standards and technologies, identify growth opportunities, assist with estimates and sales initiatives, and enforce OSHA and environmental compliance requirements. Through your leadership, you'll help create a highly productive and successful department.

WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time management role is based in our Stratford, CT office and follows a schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m..
