Steve Basso Plumbing, Heating & A/C in Stratford, CT is seeking a full-time HVAC Manager to lead technicians and support staff at our brand new facility.

You will manage daily operations, budgets, inventory, dispatch, and customer concerns, provide technical guidance, help with estimates and sales, and ensure OSHA compliance.

Competenze

• 8+ years of HVAC experience.
• Current CT HVAC License.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to recruit, motivate, and mentor diverse teams.
• Budgeting, sales, and performance-metrics experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Residence within 25 miles of the 06615 ZIP code (preferred).

Mansioni

• Oversee daily operations of HVAC technicians, plumbing technicians, dispatchers, and customer service representatives.
• Coordinate schedules and dispatch service calls; monitor department budgets and inventory.
• Ensure fleet maintenance is on schedule and address customer concerns while maintaining high service levels.
• Provide technical expertise and support advanced troubleshooting; educate team on evolving standards.
• Identify growth opportunities and assist with estimates and sales initiatives; enforce OSHA and environmental compliance.
