Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Associate HVAC Specialist in Columbus, OH. You will manage HVAC maintenance activities, coordinate vendors, and ensure compliant, timely service across stores in your region.

The role requires a mechanical/electrical background, HVAC maintenance experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office tools. Office-based with field collaboration and cross-functional interaction.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Fields.
• HVAC repair, installation or maintenance experience.
• Strong HVAC background (certifications, refrigeration, project management).
• Strong computer skills; MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint.
• MEP construction drawing review skills; ability to read schematics.

Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC service partners to maximize quality of service and minimize downtime.
• Follow up on work orders and ensure timely completion; email 50–75 per day.
• Keep work orders up to date with completion info and dates.
• Cultivate HVAC vendor relationships across multiple vendors and regions.
• Audit and approve/reject pricing from HVAC providers.
