Job summary

Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is seeking HVAC technicians to assist in maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, and cooling systems for residential and commercial clients. You will document findings and recommendations in written form and ensure accurate service records and billing at the office.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in a team with strong customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years experience in maintenance, troubleshooting or HVAC service preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability under company policy.
• Able to read blueprints/plans and follow manuals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation, and cooling units for residential and/or commercial customers.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to the client in writing.
• Complete required service documentation and handle fees with the office.
• Transport materials and tools to job sites and keep truck stocked and inventoried.
