Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is seeking an HVAC technician to assist in maintenance and repair for residential and commercial customers. You will identify issues, communicate findings, and help ensure customer satisfaction through quality service.

Responsibilities include completing documentation, transporting tools, inventory control, and coordinating with management for service decisions. A valid driver's license and basic HVAC experience are preferred.

Formación

• Knowledge of HVAC service and repair best practices.
• Excellent customer service skills with a drive to exceed expectations.
• Ability to use a computer tablet or smartphone and read maps/GPS.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for residential/commercial clients.
• Prepare written option sheets with findings and recommendations.
• Complete required service documentation and handle fees with office staff.
• Transport materials and tools to the job site and keep inventory/truck clean.
• Inform a manager if the customer does not have HVAC service before leaving.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
