Dilling Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team. Inspect, troubleshoot, and service residential HVAC systems while upholding safety standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 year of residential HVAC service experience minimum.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC codes and safety procedures.
• Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory.
• Sales and Customer Service Experience required.
• Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen.
• Superb customer service skills, honest, dependable, and reliable.
• Physical dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify issues and determine necessary repairs
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed
• Test HVAC system performance and efficiency using specialized tools and equipment
• Install, repair, or replace defective parts or components of HVAC systems
• Identify and recommend upgrades or improvements to enhance system performance and energy efficiency
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed on HVAC systems
• Comply with all safety regulations and guidelines while working on HVAC systems
