Job summary

Qualifications

• Pass pre-employment criminal background check.
• Pass pre-employment drug test.
• Hold a valid Georgia Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC units including filter replacement.
• Identify energy conservation materials and replace ballast and bulbs for light fixtures.
• Assist in commercial plumbing repairs.
• Learn and assist in other job skills within the Maintenance Department.
