Job summary

Masonic Home in Union City, CA is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic-HVAC Support to perform a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC tasks under the supervision of the Facilities Manager. The role includes preventive maintenance, repairs to pumps, boilers, chillers and hydronic systems, and climbing ladders or driving a forklift as needed.

The ideal candidate will have experience in building maintenance with electrical and plumbing know-how and the ability to troubleshoot and complete work

Qualifications

• Experience with building maintenance including electrical, plumbing and pumps.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance on facility equipment.
• Repairs hydronic systems, boilers, chillers and HVAC components.
• Maintains records of work orders and materials used.
• Assists Lead HVAC Technician with repairs and PMs.
• Follows safety procedures and communicates issues to supervisor.
