Job summary

LTS Nasal and Sterile Drug Products in Lakewood Township, NJ seeks an HVAC Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance on plant AHUs, chillers and pumps, and to inspect and repair equipment to prevent failures. You will read meters, troubleshoot, and replace worn parts, while coordinating with licensed technicians for refrigerant valves and safety compliance.

The role requires familiarity with HVAC systems, ability to lift moderately-heavy loads, and adherence to site safety

Qualifications

• Experience with preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Ability to read meters, gauges and recording devices to verify operating conditions.
• Licensed to replace refrigerant valves up to ½” with a licensed technician.
• Ability to troubleshoot temperature issues on units within Tridium.

Responsibilities

• Read meters and gauges or automatic recording devices at specified intervals to verify operating conditions.
• Possess ability to replace refrigerant valves of up to ½” with a licensed technician.
• Ability to troubleshoot Temperature issues on units within Tridium to verify, monitor, or change operation.
• Visually inspect HVAC equipment at periodic intervals to detect malfunctions or need for repair, adjustment or lubrication.
• Maintain equipment by replacing filters, belts, contactors, valves, caps, or other failed wear parts.
• Perform preventative maintenance on plant AHUs, chillers and pumps, which requires medium to heavy lifting.
