Qualifications

• HVAC maintenance or related experience preferred but not required.
• EPA Certification and HVAC certifications are a plus but not required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and tune-ups on residential HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system performance issues, identifying potential problems before major repairs.
• Test and verify proper operation of heating, cooling, ventilation, and indoor air quality systems.
• Maintain accurate service records and customer documentation.
• Educate homeowners on system operation and energy-saving best practices.
• Assist with equipment installations, parts replacement, and repair projects when needed.
• Lift, carry, and move equipment up to 50 pounds in various environments.
