Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills.
• Maintain strong customer service.
• Attend periodic training classes.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Handle physical workload of at least 50 lbs.
