Qualifications

• EPA Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits.
• Complete seasonal tune-ups and equipment inspections.
• Identify worn or failing components and communicate findings to customers.
• Recommend repairs or additional services when needed.
• Clean and inspect HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Complete digital work orders and maintenance reports accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and work area.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the company professionally.
