Whipple Service Champions in Utah is seeking a Selling Technician who will diagnose, service, and repair HVAC systems while also selling replacement options and comfort solutions. This hybrid role combines hands-on technical work with consultative sales to deliver immediate service and long-term solutions tailored to homeowners.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years residential HVAC service and/or sales experience.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair HVAC systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Technical aptitude and willingness to learn complex product information.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills; participate in safety training.
• Conduct in-home assessments and educate homeowners on HVAC products.
• Deliver persuasive presentations highlighting benefits, financing options, and timelines.
• Prepare accurate proposals and guide customers through decisions.
• Build rapport and maintain customer relationships using CRM; track activities.
• Collaborate with installation and service teams for seamless project execution.
