Qualifications

• HVAC and refrigeration systems theory and operation.
• Ability to read schematics, P&ID drawings, and electrical diagrams.
• Hands-on maintenance and repair of HVAC equipment including boilers, chillers, and AHUs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, modify and install HVAC equipment and components.
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections on refrigeration and HVAC units.
• Repair or replace defective parts and controls (thermostats, valves, relays, sensors).
• Maintain equipment in safe working condition and manage inventory of parts.
• Document time, labor, and materials and report on tasks performed.
