Qualifications

• Fingerprinting and criminal background check required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Journey HVAC certification or HVAC apprenticeship program.
• 4 years of related experience with 2 years in commercial HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of blueprints, drawings, and schematics.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• English language proficiency in reading/writing/presentation.
• Proficient in MS Office and data-based software.
• Utah driver's license and insurability evidence.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and install HVAC and refrigeration systems and related equipment.
• Maintain and service chillers, boilers, cooling towers, air handlers, rooftops, and digital controls.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and safety checks.
• Respond to emergencies to address safety concerns.
• Coordinate with administration and other trades to complete projects and work orders.
• Document refrigerant tracking, chiller logs and reports; maintain manuals and diagrams.
