EmergencyMD is seeking an HVAC maintenance technician to diagnose and repair residential systems, deliver high-quality customer experiences, and guide customers toward informed buying decisions. The role is based in our West Palm Beach office with opportunities to travel to the market.

Responsibilities include in-home service on units under 10 years old, building rapport to upsell products, and educating customers on financing and maintenance plans.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of local HVAC codes and on-the-job applications.
• Proven track record in heating and cooling systems.
• Continued education to obtain NATE certification.
• Clean driving record.

As an HVAC maintenance technician, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to demonstrate technical competency and ensure desired sales metrics. You will diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.

The position will be based in our office, with opportunities to travel to the market you are working in.

Responsibilities

• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.

• Work along side customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.
