Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, system tune-ups, explaining options to homeowners, maintaining safety standards, and documentation of service visits. EPA 608 certification is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of HVAC maintenance experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability.
• EPA 608 certification required.
• Experience with furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, minisplits, and AC systems.
• Knowledge of electrical and low-voltage troubleshooting.
• Ability to explain technical issues to customers clearly.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software is a plus.
