We're looking for a skilled, customer-focused Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician who takes pride in delivering outstanding service and building lasting relationships with homeowners.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, ventilation systems, and thermostats
- Perform comprehensive whole-home safety inspections (60–90 minutes per visit)
- Educate homeowners on system performance, maintenance needs, and repair recommendations
- Recommend system upgrades, indoor air quality solutions, and preventative maintenance options when appropriate
- Prepare accurate estimates, invoices, and documentation using ServiceTitan
- Participate in ongoing technical and customer service training
Performance Expectations
- Complete 3–4 maintenance appointments per day
- Maintain a 60%+ conversion rate on recommended services
- Conduct thorough safety inspections on every call
- Support membership plan growth
- Maintain a callback rate below 3%
- Deliver a consistent 5-star customer experience

Requirements
- Minimum 1.5 years of residential HVAC experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver's license
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan preferred
- Boiler experience preferred
- EPA Certification preferred
