Job Description

Multi-site HVAC Maintenance Technician needed to assist the maintenance staff in a wide variety of assignments at several local apartment communities. You'll "float" between locations as needed.

Responsibilities include:

• Complete a broad range of preventative maintenance and repairs
• Respond to work orders
• Prepare vacant suites for presentations and move-ins
• Maintain buildings interior and exterior, grounds upkeep
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Experience in residential maintenance strongly preferred. You should have basic plumbing, electrical, and strong HVAC skills with a solid mechanical aptitude. Enjoy hands-on assignments and possess solid service skills. Teamwork, troubleshooting, and customer service skills required. No on-call responsibilities.
